Baby reflex is a fantastic way that parents can use the gentle touch of their fingertips to give reflexology to their baby or toddler.

Jenny Lee is the founder of baby Reflex which she developed after doing trials on children with asthma and saw how it helped in aiding relaxation

Baby reflex can be used from 4 weeks until confidently and easily walking on their own, but each child is different.  This is taught in the comfort of your own home.

What are the benefits?

Baby reflex may help with soothing digestive problems, relief from colic, strengthen the bond between parent and baby, improve sleep patters through relaxation, general well being of baby and infants.

How to learn.

I offer courses covering 3 one hour sessions taught over consecutive weeks on a one to one basis or in small groups.

I will come to your chosen location, supply you with all the relevant charts and parent information and teach you this amazing technique with practice on “Soft Dolly” feet before you have a go on your child.

The total cost is £45 for parent and baby.

Baby Reflex is taught with your baby present.

There are no oils or powders used - totally fuss free.
